St John or PRS?

Recently, I am questioned by many people whether I want to be the president of St John or PRS. Smiling at them and answer nothing is the only thing that I can do. It is not my right to choose whether I want to hold what post in the society. It is all depends on teachers and seniors! So, how am I going to answer you this question? How do you know both societies are going to select me as the president!

But now, Miss Lai has promised me that she is going to make me to lead PRS. And asking me the same question again and again. I choose to be quiet. I feel sorry to St John because I am not brave enough to say that I WILL CHOOSE ST JOHN because I need the coco marks...Since I am not giving her any answer, finally, she made a decision. " I think you are able to lead two societies. " I would like to thanks her for trusting me, but I do not think that I can handle it. I am not going to hold a post if I can't make sure that I can really pay 100% attention on my duty!

Next Wednesday is agm for PRS, and I have not come out with a decision yet..haiz..

Before competition, I am quite worry bout you. You seem can't join with us. I know it is not easy for you as you are still new in this society and not used to it yet. So I always try to make you get involve in our discussion. But I think it does not work much la. Haha..xp

You know, I was so happy when you said you want to take the uniform back and sew somemore you are going to sew for 10 people! ( For your knowledge: It is not easy to sew the uniform. Last time I took about 2 hours to sew 1 uniform.OMG) When I asked Wei Teng to help me to wear on my black shoes ( because it is new shoes ), without delaying you came and helped me. Do you know that, Wei Teng and me were so surprise that time. Your action was so unexpected and make touched.

You said you are so lucky to join NA team because we have brought you to Singapore. But, I would like to tell you that NA is so lucky with your presense as you are willing to sacrifice so much.:]

We make it to Singapore..HAHA

I was so scared before the competition because I know that it will be very difficult for us to take part in the competition next year if we make our journey stop in KL. I prayed everyday. Luckily, god is always by our side, we make it to Singapore...

I would like to thanks the teachers for acompanying us to KL. Without their presense, we might not manage to go KL and definitely can't won in the competition. May be some of the girls think that teachers were not doing many things for us, but for me, I think we can't expect every teacher will as good as Puan Tan. The teachers do not know what we are doing actually and find it boring to be with us. So, I think it is forgivable. But, of coarse, to make a society to shine we need the teachers' fully support. May be we need to do something to get their support. Let them know what is going on in the society, try to get them involve in the activities...but I think the most important thing that we must do is to respect them...

Besides teachers, I appreciate what our trainers have done for us. Thanks for their sacrifises. Without them, we will not have the chance to stand on the land of Singapore. Thank you very very much.

Thanks for the team managers and supporters too. Thanks for waking up so early to tie our hair, helping us to wear on our uniform...Although they are not the competitiors, they are willing to so much for us, somemore feel sad and even cry if we loose. I like it. I like to see people work together without thinking about the benifits. I am so proud I joined St John in AMC...:)

Aya

Some of them told me they will not join the competition again because they thought they made a shame for AMC. I am quite upset to hear this. To let a society to shine, members should not give up in whatever they do. So, I decided to send them a message:

There are two types of loose: Loose to your enemies or you loose to you yourself. For me, it is not consider loose if you loose to your enemies. You will win someday if you do not give up! But, if you loose to you yourself, that's mean you will not be the winner forever...

But, none of them reply my massage......

[MONDAY]

During the assembly Wai Yee (One of the competitors) told me that her mum will not allow her to join the quiz competition, but she planned somethings so that our friends can win in the next competition. Not only her but all of them told me that they decided to join the competition agian including the F3 girls! I am so happy to see their determination. haha.

" How can we win? All the schools are sending the 'competitors'! " -Sunday-
" We do not believe that we can't win just because we are not the competitors for fa n hn" -Monday-

Just want to tell you all: Need not to say sorry to me because you are not manage to win. What I want is not the word "sorry", but your action.

Quiz...

I went to St John Hall today because there is a quiz competition. I am not the competitors this year, so I went there as supporter. Although my friends do not manage to win in it, in my heart, they are the winner as long as they do not give up. :)

Mercury

I was the leader in my group during the AMC Annual Training Camp 2008. They are not the best camper in the camp, but they are my best members in my heart.

I am quite worry at the beginning because all of them always keep silence during group discussion. To solve this problem, I tried a few method to let them involve in the discussion. They became better ( if compare with other groups, my group still consider very quiet) after a few meetings. That time I also do not know how I am going to lead the team during the camp. But, my group members really impressed me during the camp! They will try their very very best to complete their job although they are very tired. When we are cooking, I asked Jen Suen to fill the bucket with water from the toilet. She showed me a tired face. I suddenly realized that she has refilled the water for many times. I can imagine how tired she was because the bucket of water was so heavy and the distance is so far! So, I apologized to her and get other people to do it. "No! I am not tired! I still have a lot of energy!" She said and tried to show me a energetic face. Then she took the bucket and go...

My group members will not doubt any decision that I make. I can still clearly remember when I asked janice and yong xin to get me a mop, they did not berasa ragu-ragu and went away to take it. I am so SURPRISE! If me I will definitely ask my leader why do you need a mop when cooking. But, they did not do so. After they came back, I ask them to mop the floor because it was too dirty. They just said "o" and started doing it..

"Sorry, we will do better next time" When pvt Lim said we did not do well
"We are not tired, we can continue our marching" When pvt Lim ask whether you all want to rest (But actually is pvt Lim herself want to rest.Haha.)
"You are a good leader" When pvt Lim asked what was your opinion about me (Actually I really think that I cannot consider a good leader)
"Sorry we are not the best group..."

And until now you all will also call me leader. I really want to thanks for your supporting..thanks..Although we did not get the best group, all of you are best camper in my heart. I love you all.
