Yesterday, we have a meeting in school. Somebody's action ( Is action, not what he said) make me suddenly realize that it is time for me to change some of my style of doing things.
I believe and can see many people are doing the same things as me---Less communication with partners. We always plan and do something on our own without discussing with our partners. Some of us may say because there is too many people, very difficult to inform them, no time to tell them...But, I think to make something success, we need to make sure all of them know what is going on. Although there are some problems that we may face to achieve this, we need to find a solution to solve it. Man should always try to do what is out of your `comfort zone`, then only you can SHINE. ^^
I always like to do all the things on my own. Honestly, it is because I think that I can do a better job then them. ( Sorry to all of you ). I actually have changed this habits in F4. Sad to say, I recently found out that I re-do the samething again. This is what the olders said "It is difficult to change one's personalities". I agree that it is difficult but I think nothing is impossible. So, I decided to put some effort on it again. And, to make me always not to repeat my mistakes, I think I should write it down and recall them back every month. (But, I don't think I can do it la.haha) To those who make this mistake, hope you can change it too. We gambate together ya!
*Don't be frustrated if someone is better than you, because everyone have their own field to shine. And same to you!

Still remember my last post? I said I am trying to improve something within 3 hours. Once we use this method, we found out that-wow!Gosh!~!@#$%^&. So, we try to do something.The result prove that we manage to make it better. But, make it clear, it is just BETTER only. For me, I think it is ok because at least it improve some but I think I should have seen the problems earlier and ask for more information.
